Therapeutic Support

Groups

Our groups offer different pathways into somatic work — some are structured and immersive, while others are open, fluid, and movement-based.

Whether you’re seeking a deeper, ongoing container for personal exploration or a more spacious, drop-in experience to reconnect with your body, these gatherings are designed to support you in feeling more grounded, expressive, and connected.

Each group is rooted in the understanding that the body holds our stories, and that healing, expression, and belonging can unfold not only individually, but in community.

Ancestral Roots – New Ground

A somatic process group for exploring immigrant experiences through the body.

This six-month, in-person group offers a supportive space to connect with your story, your roots, and your lived experience. Through guided somatic practices, participants are invited to deepen awareness, build connection, and explore healing in community.

Held in North Seattle, this group meets on Saturdays from 10 AM – 4 PM and is designed for those seeking a structured, ongoing container for growth and integration.

Somatic Movement Group

A monthly gathering for somatic movement rooted in Core Energetics.

Come to move, not to analyze.

Each month, we gather to let the body lead. Through shaking, stretching, sounding, and grounding, this space invites energy to move freely and naturally. There is no performance and no right way — just an opportunity to reconnect with yourself through movement.

This is not a class and not a therapy group — just bodies moving together.

Come as you are. Leave feeling more like yourself.

  • When: Second Thursday of every month, 7 pm
  • Where: Blosm
  • Price: $15 per session

NATASHA KUHN
My refugee experience from the Bosnian war shaped my personal understanding of trauma's impact on individuals and families. Through training and professional experience, I use trauma-informed somatic work to create compassionate spaces where people can navigate displacement, cultural transitions, and intergenerational healing while discovering wholeness within themselves.
